First up, a dish that truly blew us away and earned a perfect score.
Beef Wellington-inspired Croissant Supreme at The Craftsman Courtyard
This dish was an absolute showstopper! Imagine the classic elegance of Beef Wellington reimagined in a flaky, buttery croissant. The tender beef, rich duxelles, and perfectly baked pastry came together in a symphony of flavors and textures. It was decadent, innovative, and simply unforgettable. A solid 10/10 – a culinary masterpiece that you absolutely must try!

Next, for those with a sweet tooth looking for a refreshing and playful treat.
Candy Trio Dole Whip Flight
This vibrant and fun Dolewhip flight was a delightful escape! Each mini Dolewhip offered a unique “candy” flavor, making it a playful and sweet adventure for your taste buds. It was refreshing, colorful, and a perfect treat to cool down with while exploring the festival. We rated it a solid 9/10 for its creativity and deliciousness!

No trip to Epcot’s International Festival of the Arts is complete without a stop in France, and this year, their savory offering did not disappoint.
Creme De Brie en Petiti Pain at L’art De La Cuisine Francaise
This dish was pure Parisian comfort! A perfectly baked mini bread bowl filled with warm, gooey brie cheese was everything we hoped for. The rich, creamy brie paired perfectly with the crusty bread, making it a delightfully indulgent and satisfying treat. A definite 9/10 for this taste of France!

And finally, for the meat lovers out there, a perfectly executed dish that hit all the right notes.
Peppercorn-crusted Striploin at The Artist’s Table
This striploin was a true “brushstroke of flavor”! The peppercorn crust added a fantastic kick, complementing the tender and perfectly cooked beef. Served with a delicious sauce and often a creative side, this dish was a savory standout. We happily gave it a 9/10 for its exquisite taste and presentation.
